Where the conversation happens
We bring senior leaders, researchers and practitioners into the same room — because a standard for workplace wellbeing should be argued about in public, not written behind closed doors.
Next event
The Flourishing Organisation Summit
Most organisations invest heavily in their people, yet many leaders see little real return on that investment. This day sets out what a compassionate, high-performing culture actually looks like in practice, and what it takes to build one.

The programme
What the day covers
The day opens with the case for change, builds the framework built to answer it, and closes with how organisations put it into practice.
Morning
The case for change
A keynote asks whether workplace wellbeing is broken, followed by a panel of senior leaders on how to build compassionate, high-performing organisations. The session draws on academics and practitioners who have spent years studying what actually separates organisations that talk about wellbeing from those that deliver it.
Late morning
The Standard
The Flourishing Organisation Standard introduced in full, including facilitated Q&A on what it means for your organisation, followed by a session on strategy and leadership as a whole-system approach to wellbeing. It treats wellbeing and performance as inseparable rather than competing priorities.
Afternoon
Practice
What flourishing looks like for the majority of the workforce, a panel on the practical realities of embedding wellbeing, and real case studies, followed by round tables on psychosocial hazards, manager capability, and building meaning and growth. Grounded in what separates organisations that retain engaged people from those that keep losing good people despite spending heavily to try to hold onto them.
Who it is for
Chief executives, HR and people directors, occupational health leads and wellbeing managers — particularly in organisations of 250 people or more. It is a working day for people who have to make this happen, not an introduction to the topic.
