What the day is about
Most organisations invest heavily in their people, yet few leaders can point to what it actually returns. With burnout at record levels, AI reshaping how we work and wellbeing budgets under growing scrutiny, that gap is no longer one any leader can afford to leave unanswered.
Over one day, senior leaders, academics and practitioners set out what the evidence-based link between wellbeing and performance looks like in practice, and what it actually takes to build a culture that delivers on it.
The day also features the first live presentation of the Flourishing Organisation Standard®, a new evidence-based framework grounded in in-depth research with senior leaders. The afternoon is built for participation, with roundtables, interactive workshops, networking throughout and a closing drinks reception.

Bruce Daisley

He is an Honorary Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School.
We’re Not Ready for the Moment: Wellbeing, Performance and AI
Burnout and anxiety are at record levels, compounded by AI-driven disruption and rising pressure to perform — yet wellbeing initiatives have been quietly pulled back. Drawing on the latest data, Bruce will map how the landscape has changed and set out why wellbeing must shift from virtue signalling to value creation.
